The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE L.L.C. is a African-American owned and operated organization that is dedicated to the well-being, development, strengthening and mental conditioning, of our African-American men and women within the inner city and surrounding communities.
The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE L.L.C. have established a network of businesses leaders who are dedicated in supporting and working together, by training, conditioning, and guiding young adults to prepare themselves for the explosion of opportunities that we will be creating by establishing a strong new corporation.
The SHEPHARD FAMILY ENTERPRISE L.L.C. is recruiting African-American business leaders educated by African-American colleges who have or will dedicated themselves to return into the African-American communities with their knowledge in preparation to train other African-American youths and young adults to be future leaders through our efforts. Our goal is to expand this business objective to other locations within the United States with its base located in Detroit, Michigan and Cincinnati, Ohio.
We also invite those from other cultured backgrounds to submit their resumes and project listings so that we can also review evaluate them for addtional intellitual opportunities based on their skill sets.
We encourage our young adults to grow into mentally strong responsible adults and remain in their communities as "Heroes" and to encourage other young adults growing up behind them to again follow their lead instead of running out of their communities abandoning those who depend on their leadership. We encourage our young professional adults to do the "Right Thing" by pursuing a good education then Networking with other business leaders to embrace even greater opportunities.
